Senior CNC Machinist
Primarily responsible for efficient and effective production across the CNC lathes and mills.

Responsibilities
- Completely set up CNC lathes and mills; write "G" code programming via CAD/CAM software, and manage program files.
- Quality planning; set up chucks, toolholders, tooling and fixtures, and adjust tooling offsets as required to manufacture product meeting print specifications using standard measuring instruments.
- Adjust tool position, functions and settings, as well as feed and speed rates, as they relate to insert wear and chip formation.
- Understand and perform basic machine maintenance, assist with repairs as needed, and replace worn inserts, drills and tooling.
- Operate hand and power tools as required to perform job assignments.
- Strong knowledge of Brown & Sharpe MicroHeight a plus.
